Hantronix LCD Kit Description:

These Hantronix LCD evaluation kits support various Hantronix displays and provide all of the hardware and software required to turn an LCD display into a embedded graphical user interface (GUI) and include Amulet's controller board powered by Amulet's GEM Graphical OS Chip™ for color displays, an integrated evaluation board (EVB) optimized for a specific display, power supply, USB cable, stylus and a 30-day trial license of GEMstudio™. These kits are excellent for evaluating LCDs for consumer and embedded systems applications. Note that the combination of a Hantronix display and Amulet LCD evaluation kit effectively works as a fully integrated LCD module for easy GUI evaluation.

Normally, a sample display doesn’t do anything, but with our kit, the display is powered up and running a GUI in a few minutes. A production-ready user interface can be designed in as fast as two weeks, which includes most of the time spent on the storyboard and graphic design and only a few days with GEMstudio™ to make the GUI interactive," added Todd.
