RMA Terms and Conditions:
1. RMA forms are valid for 15 days after issuance.
2. Customer must pay for shipping the product to Amulet, product sent Freight Collect or C.O.D. will be rejected.
3. International customers are responsible for all duties and tariffs. Duty free entry to the US can be obtained by filing form http://forms.cbp.gov/pdf/CBP_Form_3311.pdf with U.S. Customs. Pre-shipment registration of the package as an “in warranty return for repair to country of manufacture” with the country of origin may qualify the package for free or reduced return duties.
4. Product must be in anti-static bags and properly packaged. Damage occurring during shipment due to improper/insufficient packaging will void the warranty.
5. It is advisable to insure your shipment against damage. Amulet Technologies is not responsible for damage occurring during shipment. In the event of damage during shipment, you will need to make a claim with your shipping agent.
6. Unauthorized modifications, misuse, abuse, willful neglect or misapplication of the product will void the warranty. The complete warranty is available on the website.
7. Amulet Technologies is under no obligation to repair or replace product whose warranty is voided. If Amulet chooses to accept the out of warranty product, the customer will have the choice to pay a $109.00-$134.00 per item fee for necessary repairs.
8. Units returned that are found to be fully functional will be assessed a $50.00 diagnostic fee per functional unit.
9. Amulet Technologies will pay for return ground shipping for product found defective and in-warranty, in all other cases the customer is responsible for return shipping.
