Amulet’s Interactive Digital Display Modules are complete touchscreen systems with integrated computing power and memory. With native compatibility for GEMstudio™ —our dedicated GUI development environment and simulator—these Interactive Digital Display Modules offload the entire user interface from your host processor. This allows you to deliver smartphone-like graphical interfaces with responsive touch that can be effortlessly updated and modified without destabilizing or taxing your core device firmware.

AM070RVS01: Amulet 7" Capacitive GEMmodule™

Amulet’s capacitive 7″ GEMmodule (AM070RVS01) is a fully customizable, high-performance, touch screen display module with a 7” WVGA LCD and robust capacitive touch panel. This feature rich solution, including thick protective cover glass and water resistant and glove-enabled touch panel, provides the ideal attributes required in the embedded industrial and medical equipment markets.

Get started with a GEMevaluation-kit (EVK-070RVS01).
Features:
  • 800×480 WVGA TFT LCD (16:9 diagonal)
  • Integrated capacitive touch panel
  • A 32-bit ARM® Cortex A5 processor core for enhanced performance
  • 256MB DDR2-400 DRAM
  • 4 GB on-board embedded flash memory (with microSD card socket)
  • Provides 2 finger multi-touch

MK-070R: Amulet 7" Resistive Display

Amulet’s resistive 7” GEMmodule (MK-070R) is a fully integrated, production ready solution with an integrated resistive touch panel, that allows embedded product manufacturers to implement a great looking GUI in record time, regardless of the size and speed of the microprocessor.
Get started with a GEMevaluation-kit (EVK-070R).

Amulet’s capacitive 4.3” GEMmodule (MK-CY-043) consists of a fully integrated drop-in solution that allows customers to implement a GUI with smartphone-like look and feel at record time-to-market. The modules have gesture support and can be programmed using GEMstudio. With Cypress TrueTouch™ technology, this module provides unparalleled signal-to-noise ratio and excellent touch performance.

  • 480×272 WVGA TFT LCD
  • Projected capacitive P-CAP touch sensor from ClickTouch™
  • Cypress TrueTouch Touchscreen Controller
  • On board memory (32megabit data flash) for storing GUI pages

MK-043R: 4.3" Resistive Display

Amulet’s resistive 4.3” GEMmodule (MK- 043R) is a fully integrated WQVGA production color display module that supports a variety of embedded control interface applications. Featuring the Amulet GEM Graphical OS Chip™ for color displays, the module supports GIF, JPEG and PNG graphic formats in 24-bit color, plus 8-bit alpha blending found in high-end consumer electronic products.
